The Crime, Justice and the Law Network is part of the Social Science History Association (SSHA) and linked with the European Social Science History Conference (ESSHC). With 40 panels and 160 presentations on migration, this is the best venue to meet peers, get up to speed with new research and present your work. At the ESSHC 2020, the Labour Network will be allocated 24 time-slots, thus confirming itself as one of the biggest networks at the ESSHC. Usually, we receive more proposals than we can accommodate. The World History Network is led by Matthias Middell (Leipzig University, Germany) and Holger Weiss (Abo Akademi, Finland). The major theme for the World History network at the ESSHC will be Trans-national and Trans-regional Actors. The ESSHC brings together scholars interested in explaining historical phenomena using the methods of the social sciences.
